Reproducible: Intermittent

Sometimes the Lotus Notes client of one of our users crashes, "Application error". It happens when he opens email messages (not always).
The client was 7.0.3, I upgraded to 8.5.1 After some crashes I removed complete Lotus Notes client from his computer and installed 8.5.1. fresh.
Client is started in Basic config (-sa in shortcut)

After crashed again I did fixup and updall on his mailfile, but the crashes still occur.
